PC Effect was established in 1993 by John Kappler to provide support services to Personal Computer users, particularly in small businesses where full time technical support was not a viable investment.

We specialise in the supply, installation and support of systems, networks, software and upgrades. We also provide training and hands-on help and guidance for most office applications.

Our aim is to meet the individual needs of our customers, recognising that each user's requirements are different, whether for support, hardware supply or training.

We pride ourselves on both understanding business needs and proposing solutions that do not require users to have in-depth technical knowledge.

In particular, we do our utmost to communicate with our customers using non-technical language.
